• Globus toolkit (preferably GT4)
• A local job scheduler (such as SGE, PBS etc.)
• SCMSWeb

Required configurations and user accounts

• Batch update

Recommended Software

This is a prioritized list:

• Intel Fortran and C compilers
• AutoDock, NAMD, Amber, Ninf-G
• GAMESS, APBS
