OSG-PRAGMA Grid Interoperation Experiments

Introduction

From SC2006 to CANS2006, OSG and PRAGMA have discussed then initiated a peer grids interoperation experiment. PRAGMA and OSG each starts with one of its own application and run it across both grids, while develop minimum tools to enable the application run.
