Project Description

Using the metagenomic analysis of the phosphorus removing bacteria as a model system to develop a workflow for microbial community analysis at the genome level. Initial applications will be phylogenetic analysis tools and the development of a pipeline using service oriented architecture and cluster and grid computing technology.
